Yes. It would be great if user can just drag and drop the image or paste the screenshot with cmd/ctrl + V also.
Enable File Attachments in Chat Widget Messages
Currently, the Messages tab in the chat widget only supports text-based communication. Adding file attachment functionality would significantly enhance user experience and extend the widget's utility.
